For the last 4 months, I have been searching for good exercise on the internet to feel more energetic and healthy. And I came across many options but one of them was rebounding on the indoor trampolines.

Rebounding on a trampoline is also called Lymphasizing and Cellercising. So you can call a person Rebounding on a Rebounder or Lymphasizing on a Lymphasizer or Cellercising on a Cellerciser.

The rebounders are given these names because they are doing something with cells or human lymphatic systems. But what name do you call it, it is nothing but jumping up and down on a specialized mini trampoline ( rebounder and mini trampolines are not the same).

What was my experience after daily 10-20 minutes rebounding for 30 days 

After knowing that rebounding is a good exercise to give me more energy, I practiced 10-20 minutes of daily rebounding for 30 days. This was my life wonderful experience, let me talk to you about my experience

  • At first, I thought, that jumping up and down releases more energy and burns more calories, so how can I get energetic, I gave it a try, and believe me after 20 minutes of sweating, I felt more energy, and laziness was gone. I felt my body more easy and light. It was so much fun.
  • After some days continuously, one day I was angry for some reason, but routinely I was rebounding for 10-20 minutes. After the workout, I forgot any anger, I felt happier, my mood improved, I was enjoying myself and all the anger was gone. What my friends saw on my face was extreme happiness and they told me while I was jumping, they saw my face fresh because of my smile and they observed the real happiness on my face without any artificial look.
  • Some days I feel very bored and I don’t want to work because of being less productive. After jumping on the rebounder for less than 20 minutes, I got my mind full of creativity and freshness. It boosted my work, recalling power, remembering efficiently, and being cool, and it made me more cool in tense situations.
  • I used a spring rebounder for jumping that provided higher jumps in stress; they gave me more bounce when I forced my feet on the mat in anger, and I experienced that I can’t be under stress while jumping because the rebounder is small enough to bounce you away to get you hurt. That is why you have to focus on your jumping area to be safe and be in the present rather than thinking about the past or the future… It was fun…
  • Now it’s my daily routine to rebound 10-20 minutes at least to get mental health, muscle strength, improved mood, and forgetting my worries and tension.

They produce less noise and once you assemble them, they can’t be folded again so there is a drawback to storing them when not using them and difficulties while taking them with you on travel.
